Navy Seaman Thomas J. Kennedy, son of Gina Kennedy, Mahanoy City, and Kevin Kennedy, Port Carbon, recently reported for duty at Navy and Marine Intelligence Training Center, Virginia Beach, Va.
He is a 2005 graduate of Mahonoy Area High School.
