Judge Jacqueline L. Russell revoked the parole and probation of Jason J. Dahm, 34, of Tuscarora, and sentenced him to serve 12 to 36 months in a state correctional institution.
Dahm initially pleaded guilty on July 20, 2011, to retail theft. At that time, Russell placed him on probation for 12 months and also sentenced him to pay costs, a $150 fine, $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and $194.69 restitution, perform 20 hours community service and have no contact with the victim.
State police at Frackville charged Dahm with committing the theft on Feb. 23, 2011.
Russell first revoked Dahm's probation on Sept. 14, 2011, sentencing him to serve four to 12 months behind bars.
