n Orwigsburg: A support group for dementia and Alzheimer's patients and families meets at 10:30 a.m. the second Saturday of the month at Healthy Habits Natural Market. Susie Touchinsky, an occupational therapist for Genesis Healthcare and co-owner of Healthy Habits, leads the group, which hopes to create an environment where patients with dementia and Alzheimer's can speak with their families and others about tough issues including safety, driving and living situations. Healthy Habits is a locally owned, independent health food and products store that hosts free educational programs for the public. n Pine Grove: Are there Fairies at Sweet Arrow Lake County Park? Children will be able to set free their imaginations at the park from 6 to 7 p.m. July 17 to search for fairies, gnomes and woodland creatures. Advance registration is requested by calling 570-527-2505 by July 7 so that sufficient supplies can be provided. Participants will explore and hunt for fairy dwellings, learn about how these spirits of nature help take care of the planet, how they live, the food they eat, the games they play and their hobbies. They will sample some fairy food, create a fairy home and play games and have fun like the gnomes. "Join us on a search for the people of the trees and maybe a search for the trees that see," organizers said in a release. There will also be crafts for all ages. "We want to encourage you to let your little ones use their imaginations and express their inner spirits of nature by dressing up as their favorite woodland creature, fairy, gnome, elf (costumes not required).
