TREMONT - A 46-year-old Pine Grove man charged with exposing himself to two people on July 6 had charges against him held to court during a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Carol A. Pankake.
Todd D. Dohner, 714 Mountain Road, was arrested by state police Trooper Jeffrey Hummel of the Schuylkill Haven station and charged with two counts each of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Pankake determined the Commonwealth proved a prima facie case and ordered the charges held for Schuylkill County Court.
Hummel charged Dohner with getting out of his pickup truck at 595 Sawmill Road and walking over to an outside picnic table where he sat down in a chair. The man then faced a home in the area and spread his legs showing that he was completely nude, the trooper said.
Two people on the property saw Dohner's actions and chased him causing him to get into his vehicle and flee the area.

TAMAQUA - A 42-year-old Tamaqua woman charged with stabbing a person in the chest with a screwdriver in the borough on Aug. 4 appeared for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Stephen J. Bayer.
Kelly G. Bredamus, 424 E. Broad St., Rear Apt., waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and possessing instruments of crime.
The arresting officer, Patrolman Karl Harig, withdrew additional charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Harig charged Bredamus with stabbing April Stevens causing her to be taken to an area hospital for treatment. Harig said his investigation determined Bredamus was at an apartment and was hitting a man with his cane. Then, at some point, she grabbed the screwdriver and stabbed Stevens.

PORT CARBON - A McAdoo man faces Schuylkill County Court action for allegedly breaking into a building in July in Port Carbon.
Christopher J. Jones, 34, of 209 W. Sherman St., must defend against charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.
After a preliminary hearing, Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko ruled prosecutors had presented enough evidence to support the charges against Jones to order them held for the county court.
State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Jones with breaking into the building on July 1.
