Tremont man
injured in crash
MUIR - State police at Schuylkill Haven said a Tremont man was flown from the scene of an accident in Muir on Tuesday night at 6:27 p.m.
Police said Erik Ossman, 23, was driving a 2004 Saturn Ion south on Route 209 when he came around a left turn and spun counter-clockwise into the north bound lane.
His vehicle spun about 90 degrees before leaving the road off the east berm, police said.
Ossman's vehicle went down an embankment and rolled before striking a tree on the passenger side, and then came to a complete stop in a wooded area, police said.
Ossman was flown via Medavac 7 to Geisinger Hospital, said police.
Responders included state police at Schuylkill Haven, firefighters from Muir, Reinerton, Tower City and Porter Township, and MedEvac 7, according to the call taker at Schuykill County Communications.
Man charged
with trespassing
FRIEDENSBURG - State police at Schuylkill charged a Schuylkill Haven man with simple trespass after the man intimidated his neighbor by trespassing on his property, police said Tuesday.
At 1 p.m. Monday Joshua Stock walked onto the property owned by David Frey Jr., Schuylkill Haven, at 1936 Fair Road in Wayne Township, police said.
The property is posted with "no trespassing" signs, police said.
Pair injured
in crash
MINERSVILLE - A Shenandoah man and woman suffered injuries when she lost control of their vehicle on a snow covered road and struck a utility pole in Cass Township late Monday, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Patricia M. Forgotch was driving a 2004 GMC Envoy south on Sunbury Road when she lost control of the vehicle at 6:52 p.m. Her passenger, Stephan Forgotch, suffered a minor injury, police said.
Both were taken by Minersville EMS to Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street for treatment, police said.
House decorations damaged in city
State police at Schuylkill Haven are looking for a vandal who damaged Christmas decorations outside a home in Pottsville between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Monday.
Police said the victims were Delores and John Minnich.

Man charged
at Pottsville mall
State police at Schuylkill Haven charged a Tamaqua man with indecent exposure for an incident which occurred at the parking lot of Fairlane Village mall, Pottsville, Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred at 2 p.m. Monday and Joshua Robert McArdle, 21, was charged after multiple interviews and a photo line-up conducted with the victims, police said.
