Shenandoah man fails to appear in court for guilty plea

Schuylkill County District Attorney Karen Byrnes-Noon and Chief County Detective Dennis Clark are asking for the public's help in locating a Shenandoah man wanted for failure to appear in Schuylkill County Court for a guilty plea on Dec. 12, 2012.

Police said Juan Jose "Montana" Perez is wanted on charges of criminal trespass, intimidation of a witness and theft by unlawful taking stemming from an incident on Aug. 30, 2011.

Perez, who has a last known address of 215 1/2 N. Jardin St., is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Perez or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the district attorney's office at 570-628-1350.

Anyone who may see or come in contact with this man is asked to call the Schuylkill County Communications Center or their local police department immediately.

Callers are asked to refer to incident 01-06-13 when calling with information on the whereabouts of Perez.
