Schuylkill County District Attorney Karen Byrnes-Noon and Chief County Detective Dennis Clark are asking for the public's help in locating a former Shenandoah woman who failed to appear for sentencing almost 10 years ago.
Police said Joan Marie Kline, who also goes by the names Joan Marie Lindenmuth and Joan Marie Fowler, failed to appear in Schuylkill County Court for her sentencing on June 30, 2003.
In her absence, Kline was sentenced to jail time on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property in connection with an incident April 4, 2001.
Police said Kline is white, has black hair and a medium build, and has a last known address of 1634 Straight Path, Wayndanett, Suffolk County, N.Y.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kline or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the district attorney's office at 570-628-1350.
Anyone who may see or come in contact with this woman is asked to call the Schuylkill County Communications Center or their local police department immediately.
Callers are asked to refer to incident 03-17-13 when calling with information on the whereabouts of Kline.
