State police at Frackville said Casey J. Margerum, 22, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier and sideswiped a 2001 Ford Escort, owned by Diane Kovach, Lost Creek, which was parked legally in front of her residence.
Police said Margerum fled the scene, but an investigation with the Shenandoah police determined Margerum to be responsible.
