Wounded Warriors to host work out event Saturday

ORWIGSBURG - The Keystone Wounded Warriors will host the "Work Out for Wounded Warriors" event Saturday at the Schuylkill Racquet and Fitness Center.

Keystone Wounded Warriors is a nonprofit organization based in eastern Pennsylvania that honors the daily sacrifices made by brave men and women in all branches of the military financially, mentally, physically and professionally, according to its website at www.keystonewoundedwarriors.com.

The event will last from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and consists of various different work out routines including yoga, jump roping and a 30-minute, high-intensity interval training exercise. Additional activities include tennis, racquetball, squash, soccer, dance and wallyball, also called rebound volleyball. There will also be food and prizes.

Everyone is welcome but donations are requested. Checks can be made payable to the Keystone Wounded Warriors.
