Work lauded
Michele M. Tellep, Ph.D., associate professor of education, was recently honored for her 25 years of doctorate work by The Graduate School of the Pennsylvania State University. The award was given in conjunction with the 150th-year celebration festivities of The Graduate School.
President Rodney Erickson also honored Tellup at a luncheon for her years of service and retirement from the university.
In addition to classroom instruction, Tellup supervised student teachers from Penn State in the local schools as part of the teacher education program.
