Susquehanna

Elizabeth Tropp, a junior communications major at Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, and a three-year scholarship recipient from the Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association, was invited to speak at the annual Seabee Board of Directors meeting this year.

She was also selected to attend a wreath laying at the Seabee Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery and the annual anniversary ball on March 17 in Washington, D.C.

A graduate of Nativity BVM High School, Elizabeth is a daughter of John and Jodi Tropp, Pottsville, and a granddaughter of Robert S. and Mary Webb, Cumbola, and John and Patricia Tropp, Fleetwood. She is also a great-granddaughter of John Tropp, Pottsville.

Jennafer Possessky, Ringtown, is serving an internship at Evangelical Hospital, Lewisburg, this spring.

She is a senior majoring in biology at Susquehanna University.

Jennafer's responsibilities include shadowing a physician's assistant during their work day.

Through the course of the internship, she will gain experience and learn the duties of a physician's assistant in a family practice.

Jennafer is a 2008 graduate of Marian High School and is a daughter of John and Karen Possessky.
