Diesel fuel taken from truck
REEDSVILLE - State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft that occurred at a dirt parking lot at the southeast corner of routes 183 and 443 in Wayne Township between 5 p.m. Friday and 6:30 a.m. Monday.
Police said someone removed about 20 gallons of diesel fuel from a 2011 Ford truck owned by Penn Line Services, Scottsdale, and fled the scene undetected.
Man charged in store theft
HOMETOWN - Rush Township police said a 20-year-old Jim Thorpe man is facing charges after a recent incident at the Game Stop store.
Police said Gregory A. Macalush stole items from the store valued at $144 and returned them later in the day for a store credit.
