Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn on Thursday announced the appointment of Nicholas Sulzer as manager of the Tuscarora State Park Complex. Sulzer is the former assistant manager at Hickory Run State Park, Carbon County.
