TREMONT - A 25-year-old Pine Grove man charged with a burglary and theft at an apartment building in Pine Grove on Nov. 12 waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Carol A. Pankake.
Shawn M. Bonawitz, of 68 Sweet Arrow Lake Road, was arrested by state police Trooper John Sleboda of the Schuylkill Haven station and charged with one count each of burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.
