The events include: Yappy Hour, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 17, an evening mingling with neighbors and their pets with complimentary "yappetizers" for the pets, treats available from local restaurants and music by Sterling Koch to soothe the savage beast; Family Fun Night, 7 to 9 p.m. June 14, with food and family entertainment plus a family friendly movie under the stars; Wine, Dine and Unwind with the Arts, 6 to 9 p.m. July 19, an exquisite night with artists while they share their creations and regional restaurants and wineries offering their specialties plus live music by the duo YMI; Glitz, Glam & Rock 'n Roll, 7 to 9 p.m. Aug. 18 with an exclusive fashion show followed by a jammin' night of music with a big screen Rolling Stones concert movie. n Pitman: The annual Ladies Day at Zion Evangelical Congregational Church will be held April 14 with registration from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and the program from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The theme is Journey of Joy and speaker Joyce Strong, organizers said in a release, will share practical points with Biblical truths to encourage women. Lunch will be provided. Child care will be available for small children but must that will require advance registration. There is no charge but freewill offerings will be accepted.
